Guarnaschelli was a contestant on Food Network's Iron Chef America in 2007. The contestant was Cat Cora at the Farmers Market Battle of 2007 and was the winner. In the years since, she's appeared in the program as an guest judge and participated in The Next Iron Chef Season Four in 2011, where she was third. The contest ended in defeat on the final episode of Food Network Challenge Ultimate Thanksgiving Feast. The fourth season ended and she was Geoffrey Zakarian's sous chef.
